CVS unveiled their new brand platform Healthier Happens Together to align its brand experience to Health and Wellness. By connecting to the new brand platform, our goal was to create a store experience that evoke CVS’ commitment to Health and Wellness.

DIGITAL SIGNAGE

We used digital signage as high level messaging on the perimeter of the store for brand storytelling around CVS key wellness initiatives.

Results

Two pilot stores in Boston show overall customer satisfaction has increased, and CVS is continuing to adapt these design enhancements for their portfolio of stores across the US.
