When Verizon asked for new store concept to launch Total By Verizon, we set aside everything we know about the existing prepaid wireless experience and created a new, engaging, contemporary retail experience.

The brand identity its adapted into the branded environment started with a gesture based reactive entry portal that transitions shoppers from exterior to interior

Circular elements and red touches within the store design reflect the own able branded identity while creating an inviting space for associate consultation.

Mobile pickup is positioned near entry with optimal convenience for grab and go shoppers.

A branded waiting lounge provides shoppers with a place to relax while they wait for an associate.

A digital kiosk helps shoppers select the right phone or plan to meet their needs, and doubles as a training tool for associates.

A digital surface allows associates to give customers a way to really side-by-side compare between a phone at one end of the store with another phone at the other end. This experience can be self-led by customers browsing or a great tool for sales associate to explain available phones and plans.
